By making an *appointment, you understand and agree to the following:
Lisa Rae Practical Wisdom does not diagnose conditions, prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. None of the services Lisa Rae Practical Wisdom performs takes the place of medical care. It is recommended that the client see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment that may be present. Shamanic practices, Reiki, Spiritual Guidance, Coaching, and Meditation are complements to any medical or psychological care the client may be receiving and are only part of a holistic health care plan.
You and/or your representative(s) agree to full release and hold harmless Lisa Rae Practical Wisdom from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with any session(s).
The nature of this work is spiritual and energetic and not meant to be in place of proper medical care. By making an appointment, you imply you have read, understand, and agree to the above stated stipulations.
*Before scheduling an appointment, ALL new clients must complete and submit a questionnaire. The only exception is if you are an established client. Once the questionnaire has been reviewed, it will be determined whether or not you may benefit from a session. This questionnaire will be emailed to you at the address provided on the Contact Us form.

FEES
90 - 120 minutes Shamanic Session: $175
45 - 60 minute Shamanic Session (FOR ESTABLISHED CLIENTS ONLY): $100
60-minute Shamanic Reiki Session: $100
